The structure may not meet expectations as it is a bit old but when traveling these are elements not to be considered (at least for me) if you stay there for a few days. As I said, the structure is a bit dated like the rooms and the bathroom but my wife and I enjoyed it all the same, the beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast is served at the reception with packaged products, coffee and hot water for tea and it was fine for us, if you expect to receive a 5-star hotel breakfast then book elsewhere. The location is fabulous, not even 300 meters away you are on the beach and on Ocean Drive and that is already a lot. I remind newcomers to holidays that if you are looking for grand hotel services for 2/3 days you don't have to book here and then leave meaningless negative comments, if instead you are looking for a comfortable place where you can move and above all you know how to adapt then this is the right place.

Staff: The staff at Island House were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or address any concerns (except maybe for the issues in the room).

My bed was comfy and room was a good size with kitchen space. Our room was clean and ready at check in. The desk attendant was kind and friendly,he even carried my bag up to my room. I would absolutely stay again. The location was perfect!
